Description
Yuan Qin Master “Soil” Vintage Violin
The Yuan Qin Master “Soil” Vintage violin is modeled after the “Soil” Stradivari. The original “Soil” was made in 1714, and named after Amedee Soil, a late 19th century Belgian collector. This violin was played by the great Itzhak Perlman for nearly 30 years.
Yuan Qin Master Vintage violins are hand-carved from aged-select tone-woods. Wood aesthetic choices based on the original instrument. Spruce top, and maple back. Ribs and scroll similar to back. Finished in spirit varnish, and ground colors inspired by the original. Each violin is shop adjusted by our experienced, in-house (Tucson, AZ) luthiers, to ensure excellent playability.
Made in China.
