- 30-Day Returns & Exchanges: Return or exchange eligible items for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
- 365-Day Defect Guarantee: If an item has a manufacturer’s defect within one year of purchase, we’ll exchange it for the same product.
Start a Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization number (RA#). You can request one online or by phone.

Complete our online return form and a Customer Service representative will review your request within 2 business days.
We’ll send you either:
- Your RA# and instructions for completing your return or exchange, or
- A request for additional information.
