Put a G on to split the difference between a broad, fizzy versum C and a highly-focused Larsen A,D. It tamed the C and integrates nicely because it doesn’t roar like Spirocore (transient ‘edges’ to sound) yet still has grain and a dark core. This is all on a cello which overdoes any differences in strings.
