We appreciate your business; to help make the transition from our old website smoother, we’d like to answer a few common questions:
Like switching to a new cell phone, our website must sync information over from our old “device”. This process tends to slow things down (we have a lot of product data!). We anticipate the syncing to finish by the end of the week, 4/4/25.
For your privacy, we opted not to release password information to third party organizations. We recommend changing your password so you can access your existing online account. Simply click the reset your password link here: My Account – Southwest Strings
This is expected! Once syncing is complete you should be able to view your past orders made while logged into your account.
