to receive school pricing, you can use the web, call, or fax:
Web
- Register on our website for a “Teacher” account here: https://www.swstrings.com/teacher-register/
- Once approved for a “Teacher” account, you’ll be able to select the items you wish to receive quotes for on our website. Please note, you must be logged into your account to access the Teacher’s Lounge!
- Add your items to your “Quote” cart.
- Go to the “Quote” cart and proceed to checkout.
- Click “Submit As School Quote.”
- Fill out the required information and click “Submit Quote.”
- You will receive school pricing on the selected items typically within a few hours, but please allow for up to two business days for a response.

Call
- Call (800) 528-3430 and press “1” to speak with a representative.
Fax
- Fax a list of the items you are requesting, including billing and shipping information, instrument sizes, bow/case preference, quantities, or any other pertinent information, to (800) 528-3470
- Provide your contact information, and you will typically receive a response within a few hours, but please allow up to two business days for a response.
Bids
Teachers,
bids are formal documents distributed by your school’s purchasing department.
- If you are familiar with our instruments and want them for your school program, please have your purchasing agent request our brands on bids.
- For questions about our instruments, you can:
- Request samples (excluding basses).
- Email our representatives for specifications at [email protected].
- View our products at various music conferences throughout the year.
- Request a “Sole Source” letter stating that our brands can only be purchased from Southwest Strings
