Thomastik-Infeld Visionviolin strings are designed with an advanced synthetic core to have a powerful and concentrated sound, without the brightness of steel strings. Since 2014 I’ve been using these strings for A, D, and G. I switched from Dominants, and like the richer sound and the vibrant ring Vision has to offer. I’ve had one fail on me at the nut after two hours of playing, but that’s the only issue I have had. Soon I hope to try the Solos!

After about with inexpensive strings when I couldn’t afford my usual Dominant or Zyex strings, a colleague recommended the Vision strings (entire set including the E). I was in shock once I put them on at the immediate tremendous improvement of my violin’s sound. The strings sing with wonderful dynamics my old strings never had. I’m hooked!

Seem to be made very well but sounded too harsh on my violin. Not a knock on the string itself, all violins are different and these just didn’t work for mine.
