Terrific sound and playability…with the silver D and a gold label E on an old instrument. But they lose the quality relatively quickly and they are expensive. They are better than Dominants but not by a lot. So if you are looking for value…(quality divided by cost), they lose. If cost is no issue and you’re aiming for Carnegie Hall, they’re perfect!

I’ve had these in for 2 weeks now and still not convinced. The A strain particular sounds hollow and I can’t get my D to balance with it. For the price, I’ll probably be going back to Evahs

These strings are like Dominants on steroids. The tuning stays stable for a very long period like Dominants, but they have greater projection and richness.
