Description
The Perfect Shoulder Rest (PSR) is a light, foam shoulder pad, designed to accommodate for the unique shapes of our bodies and instruments. These shoulder rests are designed to fit as small as a 1/2-size violin, and the Original Petite and Perfect Plus Petite are also available for 1/4-1/8 size violins.
The PSR rests now come with the Magic Strip*. This strip allows the rest to stick to your instrument, or you can still choose to use the elastic band instead. Please see the videos below for the differences with each rest, and the proper use of the Magic Strip.
Perfect Shoulder Rests are available in several designs: The Original, Perfect Plus, Perfect Saddle, Komfort Kurve, Komfort Kurve Plus, Petite, and Extra.
Original Shoulder Rest: Created for students who desire a comfortable fit without raising the chinrest too high into the neck. Soft foam is contoured over the shoulder with extra padding at the collarbone.
Available for violin 4/4-1/8, and 15″-12″ viola.Perfect Plus Shoulder Rest: Similar to The Original; Features additional foam for extra support.
