Perfect for an “emergency” stand, fits under the seat in my car, light as a feather, even fit in the bow pocket of my bass fiddle, held my 12.9” iPad solidly. But wouldn’t be a good solution for larger books or heavy items or if someone knocks it over since it is very light. But I love it, perfect for what I need it for, much better than my old flimsy wire stand. Recommended!
