The 1/8 size sounds and feels wonderful. The action is a little bit high, but otherwise set up very well. I kind of wish I had done a case upgrade. The instrument is a little loose in the case and the bow isn’t quite long enough to stay all the way in it’s place when it’s locked in. I will definitely need to keep a cloth over the instrument to protect it from the bow falling on top of it.

Bought this 3/4 prelude after owning a 1/2 prelude that our music teacher recommended. Couldn’t be happier with the sound. Great value and will probably be back in another year for the full 4/4
