Description
The 400N features the original Hamilton “hook” latch. Sturdy steel construction with a tripod base. The height extends up to 42″ from floor to bottom of shelf. Large 17″ x 12″ folding desk, two wire arms securely holds music in place. It breaks down into three pieces, 20″ in length.
Weight 2.2 lbs. Available in Chrome or Black.
The Hamilton stand bag has a convenient, adjustable shoulder strap for easy tote. Made from black Cordura with a velcro closure. 24″ long x 5″ wide.
Stands and/or bag may be bought together or separately.

I needed a music stand that was portable enough to take with me on the go as I walk all across my university. The practice buildings don’t always have a stand to use so this is the perfect life-saver for when I get a room (that there are plenty of) but it doesn’t have a stand because they’re so scarce in the building(s). It’s sturdy enough (it is a wire stand after all) to hold whatever concerto or piece I’m working on as well as my phone (I use it to tune;I recommend the tonal energy app) and my palomino blackwing 602 pencil (the best pencil for music imho).
