How the In-Home Trial Works

1. Choose What You’d Like to Try

Select eligible instruments or bows that you’d like to experience before making your decision.

2. Start Your Trial

Call (800) 528-3430 and our Customer Service team will help arrange your trial.

3. Play for Two Weeks

Take up to two weeks to play and compare your selections at home, during lessons, rehearsals, or wherever you normally play.

4. Choose Your Favorite

Found the right one? Your trial fee will be applied toward your purchase. Items you don’t choose can be returned within the trial period in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Good to Know

In-Home Trials are currently available for qualifying purchases within the 48 contiguous United States.

Trials are not available for:

  • String basses
  • Multiple trials at a time

All returned trial items must be in their original condition and include all accessories and packaging.
