Southwest Strings is continuing to monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, we wanted to reach out and share with you the steps we are taking to ensure the safety and health of our musician friends and families.
To avoid exposure and practice mindful social distancing, our Tucson storefront is available to walk-ins on a limited basis until further notice. We welcome you to make an appointment, should you wish to try out instruments. You can email email@example.com to do so. We will re-evaluate at a future time, to ensure the continuing health of our employees and the community. We are still processing and shipping online and call-in orders!
Our retail store is often a place for our customers to congregate and share experiences as they discover their next steps in music-making. While we have always maintained high standards of cleanliness in our humidity-controlled warehouse and retail store, we have taken steps to align our standards with those recommended by the CDC and WHO during this time. While we know this may be an inconvenience, we are following national recommendations to keep the music community safe as a whole...and we very much appreciate your understanding!
