The bold projection of Yuan Qin is more affordable than ever with the introduction of the Andante model. You will be impressed by the fine-grained European spruce top, which helps provide a sweet, and focused sound. You can also expect the responsive playability that has become synonymous with the Yuan Qin name. It has a lovely subtle, antiqued finish that will get more beautiful with age.
Spruce top of medium grain. Inlaid purfling. Two piece maple back, nicely figured. Ribs and scroll similar to back. Finished in a reddish amber-brown spirit varnish, on a golden ground. Tastefully antiqued. Each cello is adjusted by our trained in-house (Tucson, AZ) luthiers for excellent playability. Made in China.
Fittings:
- German ebony fingerboard and pegs
- Composite tailpiece, 4 built-in string adjusters
- Quality maple bridge
- Strings: Larsen Aurora

The Andante cello can be ordered on its own, or in an Outfit - including a standard case, bow, and rosin. Outfit upgrade options are also available.
