"Double" Concerto for Violin and Piano

Written in 1823, this "double" concerto from the young composer presents a brilliant and unusual concerto pairing. The central adagio movement is a trademark of Mendelssohn "Song Without Words." Features many solo passages for each soloist, to beautiful effect. Includes a newly engraved solo violin part and two CDs with complete reference recordings, including piano accompaniment minus the soloist at both standard and practice tempos.  No piano accompaniment part is included.

Condition:  This item is slightly bent in the corners, but is otherwise in new condition.
