Ming-Jiang Zhu 907 Violin

Ming-Jiang Zhu is a highly acclaimed maker and has won numerous awards at international competitions, including two gold medals for violin at the prestigious Violin Society of America. Violas from his workshop are crafted by highly trained makers overseen by Mr. Zhu and Mr. Shao Chen. They offer beautiful woods and craftsmanship, easy playability, and superior tone.

The 907 model is well crafted from beautiful tonewoods and produces a full and powerful tone. Top of two-piece Chinese spruce with fine to medium grain. Two-piece Chinese maple back with vibrant, strong flame. Ribs and scroll similar to back. Finished in an attractive antiqued oil varnish of a red-brown on a yellow ground. Fittings may vary.
