Return Policy
All products except for shrink wrapped items (like CDs and computer software), instruments and strings can be returned for a 100% no-hassle refund within 30 days of product purchase. You will receive a full credit or refund for the price you paid for all the items returned with the exception of instruments which are subject to the following restocking fees:

Violin/Viola - $16.00
Cello - $40.00
Bass - $125.00

Our shipping and handling charges and the cost of shipment back to our company are all not refundable. To obtain a full credit or refund, the goods must be in the same condition as when purchased and must shipped back in the original packaging. Products sent back for replacement or credit must be returned within 30 days of original product receipt.

Trade-In Policy
If you purchased a new instrument from us in the past and need a bigger size or want to upgrade, our trade-in policy offers a credit towards the purchase of a new instrument.

If you have questions regarding the trade-in of your instrument, please contact Customer Service by calling (800) 723-6900.

Things to consider when deciding whether to trade in your instrument:
  • The total of the credit is calculated from the original value of the instrument to be traded in minus the cost of new strings, repairs and maintenance.
  • You are responsible to pay the shipping on the instrument that is being traded in.
  • The final trade-in value of your instrument may be less than if you were to seek a third-party method of selling your instrument.

Please note these important restrictions regarding our trade-in policy:
  • Our trade-in policy only applies to the purchase of a new instrument of equal or greater value.
  • The old instrument must be received back by us within 30 days of the purchase of your new instrument or you will be charged the full price for the new instrument.
