Dear Southwest Strings Customer,

If you are considering exchanging your current instrument for another instrument of equal or greater value, we welcome your trade-in.

The trade-in value of your instrument is based on the original purchase price. There will be a minimal charge for new strings and any needed repairs.

To facilitate your return, you may request a return-shipping label for a nominal fee.
