Please be as specific as possible when asking a customer service question,
including your confirmation number, customer number and order date if you
have this information. At the very least we require you to supply us your
name and e-mail address. If this question is regarding an existing order, we
also need a phone number and either a confirmation number, customer number or zip
code (this information allows us to look up your customer account).
Once we receive your question, we will respond back to you as soon as possible,
but definitely within 72 hours. Because our customer service representatives
work Monday through Friday, issues will normally not be resolved during the
weekend. However, if you e-mail us a question during the weekend we will get
back to you as soon as possible.
