String Class Fingerboard Geography can be used as a daily warm-up routine and complements perfectly any beginning string method. Violin, viola, cello, and bass are included in one simple book.
Violin and Viola Fingerboard Geography add eight additional color-coded patterns with workouts on all parts of the fingerboard. Barber concludes these books with dozens of short Preview Exercises for pieces in the Suzuki Violin or Viola School. However, they may complement any teaching approach.
